If there’s one thing that can’t be denied it’s the relationship between a woman and her shoes. For me the highlight of any new season is the shoes. For Fall 2005 the designers are offering shoes that range from classic styles like flats, mules, sling backs and Mary Jane’s, to outrageous wedges and peep toe pumps on four inch heels. If you dare, some of these styles are available in dazzling colors, opulent fabrics and fun animal prints. There is something to please every shoe maven this Fall season.

Manolo Blahnik favors the use of animal prints such as zebra, leopard, cheetah, and black and white pony for his offering of pumps, sling backs and flats. A black suede mule is made even more frou-frou with a rabbit fur pom-pom. His salute to the Moroccan influenced shoe this season appears to be a stylish and sumptuous Brocade d’Orsay pump in teal and magenta with jeweled accents. His evening shoe selections are sling back, mule, Mary Jane and sandals shown in satin, patent leather, mesh, beaded metallic and crepe de chine. Carrie would be in Manolo-heaven.

My personal favorite pump of the Fall 2005 season is a watermelon colored Florence Tweed d’Orsay offered by Anne Taylor. The collection also has a tweed dress and handbag to match. This shoe has a classic business look, but I think it would pair nicely with tailored jeans for casual wear. Also in the new watermelon color Ann Taylor offers a lizard embossed leather open toe pump and belt. A selection of boots is offered in leather and suede, in heights from ankle to mid-shaft to knee, and with round or pointed toe.

Designer Emilio Pucci is offering round and square toe platform shoes in wild outrageous 60’s inspired prints. He offers a round toe ankle strap pump in vibrant shades of violet, orange and black that coordinate perfectly with his Turtle print handbag and turtleneck. He offers a lovely black suede ballerina flat accented with a Niger print, which can also be accessorized with the Niger corduroy small messenger.

For Fall 2005 Marc by Marc Jacobs seems to favor a rounded toe. His pumps, flats and Mary Jane’s are being shown in bright and imaginative color combinations. There is an ankle strap shoe with an aqua floral pattern accented by purple suede on a wedge heel, a shiny teal green patent leather round toe pump accented with suede, glitter and snake embossed leather on a chunky heel, a sweet Mary Jane in plush velvet trimmed with contrasting grosgrain ribbon with contrasting stitching. For me the shoe “par excellence” of this collection is a quilted violet colored velvet open toed pump on a 3 1/2 inch heel that is accented with a pale olive grosgrain ribbon laced through antiqued brass eyelets and tied in a bow above the toe. You have got to see this shoe to believe it.

Now go out there girls…..and shop!

Feeling troubled over what color to wear? What color makes you look good? Well, fashion is all about yourself. What you choose to wear every morning tells a lot about you and how you felt that day. Even your little handbag carries a little story.

Mixing and matching is a personal choice, you create your very own style!

Well, let’s get to understand and have fun with colors

White A popular color in Fashion. Light and neutral, it goes well with any color.

Considered a summer color, a good choice for tops. Always have some in your wardrobe. It readily matches bottoms of any color; a pair of blue denim jeans, Khakis pants, a gray skirt, a bright colorful beach bermudas? You name it!

Associated with cleanliness and purity, innocence and gentleness…, it gives you a feeling of freedom and uncluttered openness. Women just always look that lovely in their snowy white wedding gown, don’t they?

Tips: add a little touch of white to brighten or lighten up your mood Eg. a white tank top with blue denim jean, white cotton jacket over a hot pink velour smocked baby doll dress or a simply all white for a simple breezy look

Black A popular color in Fashion, always stylish and never out of trend

A good choice for bottoms. Directly opposite of white, it readily matches tops of any colors. Nonetheless, it is also a popular choice for tops, making the wearer appearing slimmer. A great complementary color for accessories like a pink sparkling evening bag, a diamond necklace…

A mysterious color, it gives you a feeling of perspective and depth. Symbolizing elegance and refinement, it is always regarded as a prestigious color.

Tips: pair up black with other dark colors for an attractive mature look Eg. a brown wool button front cardigan with black pinstripe bootcut pants, gray tweed cropped blazer with black stretch pintuck pencil skirt

Red An expressive color extensively use in Fashion.

Most visible and lively of all colors, it creates attraction and excitement. The wearer naturally portraits an image of excitable, energetic, enthusiasm and confidence. Nonetheless, it also suggests an erotic feeling, a lady in red?

A physically inspiring color often associated with vitality and ambition, love & passion.

Tips: pair up red with colors within the red family itself for various moods Eg. a red retro style tee with maroon pleated skirt, hot pink cotton v-neck tank with red fleece collegiate mini skirt Yellow A color commonly use in Casual Fashion.

Similar to red, it creates attraction and excitement. However it suggests a more fun and sunshine mood. The wearer tends to bring about amusing cheeriness to the group. Usually liked by those who embrace changes.

The color of sunshine, often associated with joy, liveliness and optimism.

Tips: pair up yellow with dark or lucid cool colors for a striking youthful look Eg. a yellow ruched halter top with black wool full skirt, yellow roll edge t-shirt with turquoise polka dot tiered mini skirt

Blue A popular color liked by most

Emotionally opposite of red & yellow, it brings about a very soothing & relaxing feel, pleasant to the eyes. Naturally refreshing in mood, it’s a good choice for daytime wear.

The color of summer skies and the sea, often associated with calmness, affection, idealism and inspiration.

Tips: match blue with white for a refreshing and sporty look Eg. a bright blue cotton v-neck hoodie with white stretch cotton studded pants, white terry track jacket with pale blue faded jean

Pink A feminine color for girls

Similar to blue, it’s soothing and pleasant to the eyes. Naturally sweet in mood, it has a lasting girly appeal. Girls in pink tend to portrait a very sweet & pleasant image, always attractive to the guys.

The color of cotton candy, often associated with warm, everlasting affection & tender love Tips: add a little pink to bring out the feminine touch Eg matching your black satin strapless sash dress with a pink crocodile clutch, pink collar tee with black stretched cotton cropped pants

Well, there are simply too many colors if I were to go on. I believe you should now have a feel of how matching of colors can be of so much fun? In simple, just play by the color rules:

1. Stick to one color (all white, blue, red…)

2. Hot goes with cool (match yellow with green or blue not with red “it might be too hot!”)

3. Use neutral colors to draw the looks together (white, gray, beige and black are good neutral colors)

4. Play around with color of the same family (pink with maroon, sky blue with navy blue…)

Remember, you create your very own style. Have fun!

Sometimes a wedding arch is a no-brainer way to spruce up your ceremony site. No-brainer, at least, until you actually have one in your hands and ready to decorate. Then it gets a little more complicated.

Thinking back to prom, you might recall something vaguely gauzy, but that doesn’t give you much to go on when you have that bare-looking eight foot metal structure in your living room. Plus, maybe you want an arch that doesn’t look like prom at all — and personalization is what’s going to make your wedding tick. Here are some ways to give that arch a touch of your wedding’s unique flavor.

The Balloon Arch: Don’t forget this dramatic, pearly alternative to the wood or metal arch. A determined bride (or family member) can definitely do this herself; helium isn’t even required if you use PVC or can suspend microfilament from the ceiling. Just keep in mind it’s best to build the arch the day of the wedding, and essential to build it within hours of the ceremony if you use helium-filled balloons.

The Classic Arch: Soften the hard bones of your arch by draping it in gauzy base material (tulle, organza) and silk garlands of ivy (or real grape vines).

Now accent with a large silk bow, a pomander ball or “kissing ball” — which you can make yourself if you’re willing to use silk roses — or a traditional grouping of flowers at the top.

Or for a little more oomph, use the rule of three: one flower arrangement for the top, and at least one at each base. DIY-ers are probably best off sticking to silk, or at least using potted flowers at the base.

The Gothic Arch: Use a simple black arch that rises to a dramatic point and leave the lines clean and unadorned — or attach dried curly willow for a downright spooky touch. Hang an enormous floral kissing ball from the apex.

The All-Floral Arch: Dripping from top to toe in greenery and roses, the all-floral arch is the kind of formal living sculpture seen in cavernous churches. The greens and blooms in this arch seem to float on air, with the flowers appearing immensely heavy (they are) and the arch insubstantial. The all-floral arch is definitely a job for the pro — grand and expensive.

The Woodsy Arch: Add some unexpected texture by strapping young apple or willow branches to the sides of your arch. Or instead of a fabric or ivy base, attach garlands of ferns.

The Tropical Palm Arch: Dressed entirely in palm tree fronds, the tropical arch creates a sharp, dramatic and slightly masculine silhouette. This simple but striking approach is perfect for the handy DIYer.

This article will cover one of the unique methods of getting traffic to a blog that doesn’t work for regular sites. Remember that every blog is a web-site, but not every web-site is a blog. My top methods of getting traffic to a web-site are still my top methods of getting traffic to a blog. Those include: article marketing, link building and content creation/ranking factors.

But blogs are a special breed of web-site. There are additional methods of getting new visitors to your blog that are very effective. The first one I played with was linking to others. For your blog marketing efforts to work, you must understand that bloggers are part of a community. Those of us old-timers on the ‘net remember when the entire ‘net was a small, close-knit community… when it was OK to send an email telling others in your topic area that you just set up a site and would like a link on their site.

That isn’t what I’m suggesting with the blog community. The days of sending even a personal email to someone you haven’t met are nearly over. The spam problem has made that more and more difficult. However, it is still OK and still rather expected that you introduce yourself when you come into a community. It is also a good idea to let your new community know that you are a friendly guy and are willing to help out in the community.

This post will tell about one way to do that when you enter the blogosphere. First, you should find your neighbors. The Alexa toolbar is going to help you find out who the leaders are in your new community. Start by searching for “______ blog” on Google, Yahoo or your favorite search engine. Fill in the blank with the topic of your blog. Take a look at the blogs you see.

Do you like them? Good; these are leaders in your new community. Link to them in your blog roll. Read them daily to find out what is going on in your community. Do you not like them? No problem. Don’t link to them then. Don’t read them. Don’t introduce your visitors to them. It isn’t required that you like everyone in your new community, but you do want to be a part of the community you now live in…

Now as you read those blogs daily, notice their blog rolls (links they have to other blogs in your community). Go visit them. This is where the Alexa toolbar comes in. You will find some new leaders (those with blogs showing less than 100,000 on your Alexa toolbar). Check out their blog and if you like it… add it to your own blog roll.

I recently moved to a town of about 300 way up in the top of the Utah mountains. It was a new community. I had never lived in a rural area before, so it was critical for me to go through this exact same exercise as I became a part of my new community up here in the mountains. Sure; it didn’t involve Alexa or linking to others… but the concept is the same. When you enter a community and want to be a part of that community, get out there and get to know people. This is one way to do that in the blogging community.

I now have a hundred or so links from those in the blogging community after just a couple of months. From those links, I have over 600 daily visits and over 100 loyal readers who come to read my blog almost every day.

Did I ask for any of those links? Nope. Just like they didn’t ask me for the links I gave them. Do I have 100 outbound links? Nope. A lot of those links came in without me linking to them. As I get the chance, I go and check out their blog and if I like it… I give them a link. If I don’t like that blog for whatever reason; I don’t include it in my blog roll. It’s not always a tit for tat link exchange.

Some of you may be confused at this point about how my outbound links became inbound links without any other action. You may be confused about why I called this article “Getting Blog Visitors” when I have only talked about how to send my visitors to others by linking to them. OK; let me go into why this uniquely works very well on blogs, but not on other web-sites.

First, of all… I use Wordpress. It is the fastest growing blogging software out there. I’m not sure of the features of other blogging software, but I know the follow applies to Wordpress. When I log in to my control panel to write a blog post, I am given a page that shows a number of blog stats. One of the most prominent parts of those stats is the number of inbound links… AND a list of those who recently linked to me.

When you see that a blog called “Mattress Cleaners” just linked to you… can you ignore that? I can’t. I’m immediately distracted… and what do I do? I click on it. I go and check out that Mattress Cleaner blog. They just got another reader (at least for that day). If they were a quality blog that was actually relevant to the blog community of my own blog (and they aren’t)… they would get a link in my blog roll so that I could check them out periodically.

The same thing is possible with non-blog web-sites. When you link to a site and send them traffic, that shows up in their referrer logs. However, a lot of webmasters don’t look at their logs or stats. Those who do may use stat software that doesn’t even show referrers. They may only focus on traffic and not where it comes from.

However, most bloggers DO see when someone links to them. It is right in their face when they login to make a new post. All you need to do to let someone know that you have moved into their blog community is to link to them. BTW, it not only introduces you… it lets them know that you are friendly and you like their part of the blog community you just entered. Don’t be surprised when they link back or even write a post about your blog.

It’s that simple.

James D. Brausch runs a fairly new blog (less than 3 months old) that is already ranking in the top 30,000 on Alexa. Check out his blog here:

Many people hesitate to try and speak in a foreign language . This might be because they don’t want to feel foolish, are worried about how they will sound, are scared of sounding silly and so on. As a result they remain resolutely monolingual during any trip abroad, preferring to speak loudly in English. These are the same people who are clever, articulate and never lost for words when speaking in English. The same people who are achievers in other areas of life.

But why ? It may be because many people stop learning (or never start) languages when leaving school and when they travel abroad have only haunting memories of having to learn lists of words or conjugate verbs. Yuk. It could also be because many foreign language courses are detailed, promise a lot and require to much time. Anyway, let’s cut to the chase. Who has the time or inclination to spend months learning Spanish/French/German or any other language when planning a three day visit ?

Well, maybe things have moved on or maybe not as regards language learning when still at school. I don’t know, but I do know that it is fun and possible to learn some basic language for when you travel.

By basic, I mean basic. How to start ? Learn a few key words. For example, ‘hello’, ‘goodbye’, ‘please’, ‘thankyou’. These are words that you will hear all the time and be able to use all the time. Learn them and say them as often as possible. It is a great confidence booster to do this, and once you can do this you have cleared the first hurdle.

I’m suggesting that it is always worth learning these key words because you will almost certainly have a better holiday. Try them out. Taxi drivers and waiters are great and will almost always respond positively. The moment you attempt to speak in another language you stop being a number to them and become a human being.

Almost always you will receive a positive reaction. In some cases, especially with shop-keepers it takes longer, (a few days) but most will crack eventually and reward you with some recognition that you are not just another tourist.

So, here we are, you can now speak ten or so words fluently. A good start but perhaps it might be fun to learn a few more and so how about some numbers. Start with ‘one’, ‘two’, ‘three’. Remember that the goal is not fluency, or obsessing about finishing what you start (like having to count to ten) but to have a little fun and communicate.

Everyone buys drinks on holiday. This is an ideal occasion to use the numbers you know. It doesn’t matter if you ask for the drinks in English. The important thing is to use the opportunity to ask for the number of drinks in the foreign language, or to confirm the number of drinks ordered.

Feeling inspired move onto a few phrases. A good one is ‘that was delicious’, assuming of course that you have chosen a good restaurant, and it is amazing how appreciative and surprised the owners will be.

Decide in advance what you are going to say. If you are getting a bus or if you are going to take a taxi learn ‘one ticket’ or whatever you will need, but keep it simple.

Start with the simplest phrase you can imagine. A common mistake is to make sentences in a foreign language more complicated than necessary. For example, instead of saying ‘could you tell me where the beach is ?’, it is easier to say ‘where is the beach?’. In other words skip out the non-essential.

So, don’t be shy, learn ten, twenty or thirty words and a few phrases and make sure you use them.

Bankruptcy is a legal act that is filed by an individual who is unable to pay her debt. If the late payer is in bankruptcy then all active civil proceedings connected with the home loan are halted. Consequently, a home loan creditor has to terminate every collection action, including foreclosure. A mortgage company may apply for relief from the required stay, and if it is permitted, can go on with the foreclosure process. Bankruptcy will not halt foreclosure and you must still pay back your home loan. Bankruptcy does not solve the issue; it simply makes the foreclosure continue more slowly.

Often times, people will have to pick between filing bankruptcy or allowing their home loan lender to foreclose on their home. If monthly house payments are not made, the bank will likely file for a foreclosure on the home. Nothing short of paying for the mortgage as agreed is guaranteed stop the foreclosure process. House loans are very similar to automobile loans, if you do not make monthly payments you invariably will have it repossessed. Foreclosure is the same for everyone who has not been able to pay her home loan; the mortgage lender will kick the occupants out onto the sidewalk and sell it to recoup their loses.

Even though insolvency can not permanently halt a foreclosure, it could give an individual enough time to pay back the over due or at least it can make it bit more accessible to repay a mortgage. Bankruptcy law requires that a mortgage to put a hold on foreclosure actions, a debtor has a little time to raise the money to pay the lender. It is the last option for any home owner to declare bankruptcy when the borrower is totally incapable of to paying their lenders’ commitments. Under insolvency, some debt will in all likelihood be dismissed but the home loan will not be cleared. The home owner has to be able to repay the real estate loan inside the allotted time frame as the debt is guaranteed by assets. Also, chapter thirteen insolvency has a schedule of fees that is ordered by the court, that lets the borrower make payments on their home loan to get up to date on their balance.

There are legal fees incurred. Possibly, it might cost you more in legal fees than it does to simply knuckle down and continue with making home loan payments. If you are thinking that filing for insolvency might be a solution to the situation, a good attorney will probably be able to answer any questions you have. Simply put, bankruptcy is very complicated, the home owner really ought not attempt to do it without assistance from a a professional.

This article is simply general information. This is not legal advice. We do not make representation that this is legal advice. You may need to meet with an attorney in your state with any questions.

Choosing estate jewelry can be a little scary at first but what you need to remember is buying estate jewely is no different than choosing your wardrobe.

The most important thing is to buy jewelry you like and that works with your personality and wardrobe to make your fashion style. You need to watch for quality and reputable sellers. Online is the perfect place to buy estate jewelry.

It also never hurts to try something different and buy jewelry that’s a little different than what you would normally buy. Change is good! What’s most important is that your jewelry adds the finishing touches to your outfit. Make your fashion statement count and get noticed!

You need to determine what you want your jewelry to do. Do you want it front and center stage? Do you want it to compliment? Do you want it subtle? The occasion or event you’ll be wearing your jewelry to is also important - make certain it is fitting. A sexy oversized choker might be perfect for a night on the town but may not be fitting for the boardroom.

Although you may have a favorite designer. There’s really no need to stick with just one designer. In fact there’s no need for the pieces to actually be designer. There are plenty of wonderful pieces on the market that are unsigned but certainly make a fashion statement. Mix and match your jewelry to give it character and a little pizzaz!

Costume Jewelry, both signed and unsigned, is an affordable way to complete your look. Costume Jewelry can be bought for a low price and has plenty of life. Heck we see costume jewelry back to the 1920s still in excellent condition. What’s great with costume jewelry is you can use it, get tired of it, put it away or give it away and have still gotten good value for your money. Designer pieces tend to cost a little more, last a little longer, and they usually follow more traditional lines so you can wear them for more than one or two seasons.

Sterling Silver is affordable and very versatile. If you don’t want to spend the money for sterling, then purchase some silver plate pieces. Silver is a must have to any wardrobe! You can go from dainty and delicate to large and noticeable. It can be dressed up or down and is acceptable for any event or occasion.

We always recommend have some gold plate or gold tone pieces in your wardrobe basics also. 10-14k gold may be a bit too pricey for many but gold plated jewelry is quite affordable and will give you good value for the cost. Gold like silver can be dressed up or dressed down and is perfect for a very classy look.

When purchasing rings you can have great fun - again the choices are endless from large and overwhelming to dainty and feminine. The length and size of your fingers plays an important role in what will look good. For example long skinny fingers don’t look good with huge oversized rings, yet a woman that has long thicker fingers they look exquisite. Long nails? Short nails? it all makes a difference. Play and see what you like what looks good. Also determine where you will be wearing these rings. For example if your working around fine fabrics you’ll not want any rins that have sharp edges that could snag. Your rings are also part of your total statement.

When purchasing necklaces be certain you know your neck size so that you get a good fit. This is very important when purchasing on line as you don’t get a chance to try. If your neck is average in size then a 16″ necklace will look great, however if you have a somewhat larger than average neck then a 16″ necklace could be too tight. Measure the length of some of your favourite necklaces you already own. This will give you a good indication of what length you prefer. Opera necklaces which are over 30″ are terrific. They can be double wrapped, knotted, or whatever else your imagination comes up with. When choosing colored necklaces make sure its a color that compliments your skin tone. It may match your outfit fabulously but if it doesn’t match or compliment your skin tone your look could be lost.

When purchasing bracelets you’ll need to decide where you’re going to wear them, and how noticeable you want them to be. The availability of size and shape is endless - you can go from large bangle bracelets to dainy gem bracelets. If it is a slip on bracelet be sure that it will fit over your hand. Make certain to measure your wrist as the fit of a bracelet is very important. To large and it will look sloppy and may even slide off. Too small can constrict your wrist movement.

When purchasing earrings - the shapes and styles are endless - from dangles to chandeliers to hoops to studs to buttons. From enamel to beads to gems to metal to wood. Size of the earrings is very important to the statement your making. The larger the earring the more noticeable and the more incorporated they become into your total look. Large earrings aren’t for everyone - depending on your face size and shape they may actually detract rather than attract. Experiment and find what looks best on you.

Your jewelry choices are endless - no matter what your tastes, your likes, your dislikes. You’ll be able to complete your look just the way you want it with little effort. So be sure to make your fashion statement!

The minimoto carbon race reed is an easy to fit performance part which is designed to give optimum engine fuelling conditions providing large gains in acceleration and top speed. The standard reeds used in all air cooled Chinese minimotos are manufactured from stainless steel and are prone to flutter at high revs resulting in a loss of power and engine stuttering Following are the easy to follow instructions for fitting your performance carbon race reeds:-

Fitting of minimoto carbon race reeds

1) First of all remove the black air filter unit from the rear of the carburator by undoing and removing the two crosshead
securing screws.

2) Ensure the petrol tap is turned OFF and remove the petrol pipe from the carburator by depressing the retaining clip and gently pulling clear.

3) Undo the knurled top of the carburator and lift off carefully, the throttle slide which is attached to the throttle cable will lift clear.

4) Then undo and remove the two Allen screws which go through the carburator body securing it to the engine, and lift the carb away.

5) Undo and remove the 4 Allen screws that retain the carburator manifold and reed block and lift clear.

6) The reed block has 2 crosshead screws which retain the reed (the standard reed being stainless and split). Undo the two crosshead screws then remove the standard stainless reed and replace with the carbon race reed.
Note: To get more power you can remove the centre bar of the reed manifold by using a small saw (this is optional).

7) Now just reverse the procedure using thread locking compound on all screws to ensure they do not vibrate loose it.

Now experience and enjoy the power gains from your newly fitted carbon race reeds.

Minimotos4u carbon race reeds are made from Pre-preg dual laminate carbon fibre sheet cut to within 0.1mm tolerance.
