Diamond color is one of the four grades used in determining the value of a diamond. The stones will occur naturally in a range of colors, but the most common one are the pure colorless diamonds.

Colored diamonds have color because of structural defects that cause the stone to absorb all but one color of the rainbow or in the case of black diamonds all the colors are absorbed. Because colored diamonds are rare and pretty they actually cost more than the clear diamonds, sometimes in excess of thousands of dollars for the same carat size.

Diamond colors are, colorless, white, yellow, steel, blue, orange, green, pink, brown, and black. Any diamond with a color is referred to as a colored diamond, but if the color is very chromatic it will be classified as a fancy colored diamond. The most common of the colored diamonds is yellow.

The commercial classification of colored diamonds uses an alphabet system. The range of colorless to white can be identified as a letter ranging from ‘D’ through ‘I’. A near colorless diamond may be identified as ‘J’ through ‘L’. A faint yellow diamond will be an ‘M.’ A light yellow diamond can be classified as one of the letters ‘N’ through ‘R’ and the yellow diamonds in a range from ‘S’ to ‘Z’. The other colors will all be classified as colored diamonds, for example a blue diamond is call a ‘colored blue diamond’ or if it’s very blue, ‘fancy colored blue diamond.’

On a side note a diamond can be colored on purpose with irradiation followed by heat treatment. There is a risk involved with being exposed to irradiated objects so it’s not a recommended process. Also the color may change over time. It is required that color treated diamonds are sold as colored treated and sellers can’t mislead the buyer.

There are a couple of different kinds of hysterectomies and they’re commonly confused:

First is a total hysterectomy where they take both the uterus and the cervix. Second is a subtotal or supracervical, which leaves the cervix in place.

Now, doctors seem keen to take out other stuff while they’re in there. Things like the ovaries and appendix. This is something I just can’t fathom. There is a very strong history of doctors being told to “first do no harm.” To regard a healthy gland such as the ovaries as something to be discarded in an otherwise healthy woman is just malicious.

I’m not sure where doctors got it into their head to remove healthy ovaries. I’ve started looking around and there’s really no studies to back it up. Statistics say that there will be less ovarian cancer, but that’s about it. I mean, we could remove my thyroid to get rid of my already low risk of getting thyroid cancer and put me on thyroid hormones for the rest of my life, but why would we? They don’t remove a man’s testicles when they do prostate operations.

Why? What led them to believe that this was a good idea?

So, removing the uterus is a hysterectomy. The press gets this confused a lot because doctors seem confused. They say that hysterectomy causes this or that, but in reality it’s removing the ovaries in most cases.

Removing the ovaries is called either oophorectomy or castration. That’s right, removing the gonads in the either sex is castration. I bet if you went to the doctor and he said he’d like to castrate you while he’s there in your abdomen you’d decline his kind offer.

It’s time for women to stop having to defend their ovaries - when a woman goes to the doctor for a hysterectomy she’s asked if she wants her ovaries taken out, or a doctor checks that she is, and if she doesn’t say anything there they go.

“If you don’t think well of yourself, no one will think anything of you.”

At least half of selling is a mind set. Set your mind to being selfish with
positive self-image, positive self-talk and your self-esteem. The sale is made inside
our head before it takes place with the customer. It’s like any product or service we
sell a house, a car, a cleaning service, web site design all of these were in
someone’s mind as an idea before they came into reality. When we believe in
ourselves, the sale will more easily take care of itself.

“Be brave. Timid people never amount to much.”

i>

There are several places in the sales process where each of us can take this
advice from mom. Are you afraid to call on potential new clients? Are you hesitant to
probe about a customer concern? Do you educate about your products or services
and then stop just short of asking the client to make a decision? Customers start
out with you in the buying process to make a decision to buy or not to buy.
Wherever you hesitate, be brave. Help customers to make a decision. Your sales will
amount to much more.

“It is as easy to love a rich man (or woman) as a poor one.”

b>

Why prejudge your prospects? They each have a budget they can work and live
with. If you have a range in your product or services, you can help every customer to
get what they want to solve their problem. Help them to understand what they want
and then show them how you can help.

“Stand up straight, shoulders back, chest out.”

We know from communications research that most of a message that is
understood comes from our body language, eye contact, dress and other visuals
that the receiver of the message takes in. If you are confident in your belief of your
company, your product, your service and yourself, are your outer visual indicators
communicating this?

“When you fall, pick up something while you’re down there.”

We are all going to lose a sale now and then. We’re not perfect, only human.
And being human life gives us lessons. So when you lose a sale, when you fall, learn
something from the loss so you can be more successful next time in a similar
situation.

“Trust yourself.”

The question posed once was, “How to you get to Carnegie Hall? Practice.”
Intuition is like a muscle. The more you use it the stronger it gets. And the stronger
it gets the less fat gets in your way. Trust yourself when that little voice tells you to
call on a particular customer, when you get the feeling your customer is ready to
buy.

Whether it’s your mom or someone else’s, these words of wisdom from
yesterday can help you improve your role today in sales. Go ahead. Just ask mom to
remind you of a few “lessons” she gave you as you were growing up in her care.
Then put those learnings into sales success.

When shopping for jewelry, one can see two extremes in any motif lineup: the delicate, feminine extreme, and the strong, masculine extreme. Among the “strong” extremes, wolf jewelry stands out as a common favorite — it is, after all, the symbol of virility and independence, rebellion and complete self-possession. When one wears the most common types of masculine wolf jewelry, one is virtually saying, “I’m tough; don’t mess with me.”

But nowadays, a greater diversity of designs exists for jewelry themes, even wolf jewelry. For example: the popular fantasy comic Elfquest’s artist Wendy Pini has popularized the use of delicate wolf motifs, which are smoothly curving, streamlined and sensual without compromising the impregnable visage of the real-life wolf. Pini’s wolf designs symbolize neither male nor female, but nature as a whole.

Kevin Costner made a smash hit with his appearance in the romantic period dramatic film “Dances With Wolves.” In that movie he celebrated the qualities that are as essential to humans as they are to wolves: loyalty, honor, trust and freedom. Wolves remain a symbol of all these virtues. The moon is also associated very closely with the image of the wolf, as images of wolves howling at the full moon continue to be popular in today’s culture.

Wolves are known to be solitary creatures, but as a matter of fact only a few are known to be certified “lone wolves” — that is, wolves that have decided to leave the pack and hunt on their own. Lone wolves are rather rare, but their lives burn brightly; their achievements may not be acknowledged by members of their own species, but they are certainly remembered by the world around them.

Many people who identify with wolves fancy that they are most attuned to the lone wolf: the seductive outcast who is making his or her own way into the world, regardless of what anyone else thinks. In a way this is so: the lone wolf is often what is depicted in wolf jewelry, with its grim demeanor, quick wit, grace accentuated by speed and stealth, and the courage to find its own path through life.

“Rumors about my death have been greatly exaggerated,” a famous man once quipped.

The same can be said for the business of cold calling.

By now, you’ve seen the ads, and very possibly one of them will be placed next to this very article, proclaiming: “Cold Calling Is Dead!”

That statement is like a monkey picking up a violin, mangling the strings, and concluding that this thing doesn’t play!

In the hands of a primate or a primitive, a telephone is nothing more than a blunt object, good only for knocking other dummies over the head.

In the hands of a true professional, it is a Stradivarius. It can embolden, uplift, and transport people to new understandings and lasting relationships.

Would you seek the help of a known procrastinator to teach you time management skills?

Of course, you wouldn’t.

Would you expect an ultra-shy person to assist you to become a dynamic public speaker?

Heck, no!

Then how, may I ask, can someone who so disrespects the phone, it’s power, its immediacy, its directness, cost effectiveness, ability to create give and take and real time feedback; how could we expect such a disadvantaged soul to teach us anything about SELLING?

Do yourself a favor. Check out one of my best-sellers at the library. I’d look at YOU CAN SELL ANYTHING BY TELEPHONE! Or, if you prefer, try REACH OUT & SELL SOMEONE.

Both are good, established primers on telemarketing that should help anybody, even a Doubting Thomas who tries to build his business reinforcing people’s fears instead of leading the way to overcoming them.

There are a few things you will require to purchase when you begin cycling. The 1st and most clear is a first-rate bike that suits you! Although that may well seem like a no-brainer, loads of people start out on mountain bikes that are either too little, or built with poor quality components, just because they’re a great deal less expensive. The right fit & a well constructed mountain bike can make your trip a lot better, but, don’t be tempted to bargain shop for your racing bike. Instead, get one that will survive you a long time. As soon as you have a bike that’s fitting for you, it’s time to buy the other cycling items that will help you to become a happy cyclist.

Lights: The minimum required by United Kingdom law for your bicycle is a couple reflectors. Although a headlight and tail light are great even throughout the day. When it’s dark and rainy, they can make a vast difference in your visibility to motor cars.

Tools: Just like driving a vehicle, accidents do take place while you’re biking. Therefore, it is important to keep a small tool kit on you at all times to take care of flat tyres, uncooperative chains, loose bolts and any other problems.

Helmet: Whilst it’s legal in the majority of places to go without a helmet, in countless others, one is required. If you’re aiming to cycle frequently, it is intelligent to have one even in areas where no helmet law exists.

Clothes: Whilst special cycling clothing is unquestionably optional, it is clever to pay attention to what you’re wearing. Loose attire should be avoided, or tucked up so they don’t get trapped in the chain.

Locks: Unless you are lucky enough to live in an area where you are able store your bike inside all the time, a security device is important. Even in the countryside, there are individuals who will happily take & resell your bicycle. Find superb deals on cycling shorts.

Why do your christmas gift shopping the mall when you can get your gifts safely online?

Seriously. I was reading the latest news about black Friday at the malls. A 73 year old lady was knocked down and hit her head against the floor as she was swept by a wave of impatient shoppers at BrandsMart USA. She was lucky. At West Michigan Wal-Mart, the stampede was so bad, 2 shoppers who were trampled were hospitalized for it. One was a pregnant woman. The other was a 13 year old. I mean, how ruthless can the crowd get? Trampling down a woman with her unborn baby. Right at the start of the Christmas season on top of that.

People in the queue for hours, just waiting for the stores to open. Fights breaking out because of line jumpers at a Best Buy at the Fashion Square Mall in Orlando. Officers getting called into the picture to break fights. 1 person may be arrested for it. Imagine spending the start of the Christmas season in jail.

This is Christmas shopping at the malls. I mean, is it worth it risking your life for that discount, when you can get discounts that are just as good, or even better online?

That comes to my first tip

#1 Do your christmas gift buying online.

There are websites that feature discounts you can get online. Cheapest Sale is such a website which features products from various stores, showcases the best discounts and helps you pick the best price at your own time. No queues, no stampedes. Just safe shopping.

Another place you can see the discounts from multiple online stores is http://www.womanht.com/d iscounts/. Every item there is going at below the retail price. You don’t have to go from store to store to search for the discounts. They are all put upfront for you right there.

#2 Think about a person’s reaction before you buy that gift

Talking about safe christmas gift giving, there are a few gifts to avoid if you want to stay out of hospital this christmas.

If your wife/girlfriend is overweight, for your personal safety, do NOT give her the following

1. Diet Plan

2. Weight Loss aids or supplements

3. Maternity clothing

4. Anything that suggests that she needs to lose weight.

Safer gifts would be what you would give her if she were at her perfect weight. Check out these Gift ideas for your wife.

#3 Get organized.

Now, how do you get your Christmas gift shopping organized?

1. Make a list of all the people you are going to give gifts too. It can be quite embarassing if you miss someone out. Go by categories. Use this gift giving guide to help you set up the list. If you already know what each person wants for Christmas and it is within your budget, then write it down. If you don’t and you want to surprise the person, then you could use that gift giving guide for ideas as to what to get for each person in your list.

2. Think of each person in your immediate family, your extended family, your spouse’s extended family, cousins, nephews, nieces and all. Decide who you are going to gift presents too.

3. Think about your workplace. Your co workers, your boss, your clients, vendors, everyone you come into contact with in the office. Who should go on your list?

4. Think about your social circle. Each social group you belong to. Who are the ones you would exchange gifts with?

5. Now how about those you missed out. To avoid embarassment, get a few generic gifts, wrap them up but do not label them. Use the color or pattern of the wrapping paper to distinguish the contents. Write down in your notebook what each contains based on the pattern or color of the wrapping paper. When you someone gives you a gift and you have forgotten to get anything from that person, you can always fish out a gift from that lot and discretely write the name.

Are You Bloated During Your Menstrual Cycle?

Bloating can be a serious condition for many women. Nearly all women bloat during their menstrual cycle but for some it can account for an additional 8-10 pounds of unwanted and unhealthy water weight. Water retention and its symptoms are probably the most common complaints of women who experience pre-menstrual syndrome (PMS). Stomach, breasts, ankles and feet often swell so much that normal clothes and shoes just do not fit. This can make a women feel very uncomfortable in the way she looks and feels.

Are There Natural Solutions Available?

Many women have found effective relief from bloating with a new breed of powerful herbal diuretics that relieve symptoms quickly and safely. Up until the last couple of years, over the counter supplements did very little to ease water retention and bloating. Recently, new nutraceutical technologies have been developed ensuring herbs with diuretic properties to be standardized at efficacious levels. These powerful herbs produce the desired effects regarding safe water reduction at the cellular level. You feel less bloated and relieved.

Three products that are being used with great success to treat the problem are Hydrozyne, Aquadrene, and Taraxatone. All three of these products use effective dosages of quality ingredients to combat even the worst case of bloating. It is recommended that if you do take a natural diuretic reliever that you take it a few days before and a few days beyond the menstrual period. Natural diuretics are used 10-12 days per month to alleviate the bloating symptoms of PMS.

If you are bloated and feel uncomfortable a natural and safe diuretic is probably the tool you’ll need to look and feel better. Don’t forget to also watch your caloric and salt intake as well. These are major contributing factors to water retention and that uncomfortable bloat.

If you are a loan officer or mortgage broker looking to begin the purchase of internet mortgage leads, here are three things you will want to consider.

Number one, pricing. You want to make sure you get what you pay for. Pricing also determines the quality of the lead you are getting.

If you are paying two bucks per lead, there is no doubt you are purchasing recycled junk.

If the leads you are buying are more costly, than it is safe to say you are buying good quality leads. Most likely they are being sold in real time, and, or exclusively. But make sure you find out by speaking with someone in customer service.

Number two, where are the leads coming from?

If the leads are being purchased from third party companies, than once again, it is more than likely that the leads are recycled junk. If you came across this scenario, seriously consider moving onto the next company.

Stick to the companies that own and operate their own lead generation sites, this is pretty much a guarantee that your leads will be fresh, as opposed to going through the hands of countless loan officers before reaching your desk.

And number three, how is the customer service? Make sure you are satisfied with their customer service before you invest. Customer service is always a direct indication of the company product. If you are not happy with the customer service, than more than likely, you will not be happy with the product, which in this case would be the leads. Best of luck.
